Cleaning And Passivation Room

Stainless steel is a corrosion-resistant material, thanks to its natural capacity to form a protective barrier. When the environment doesn’t allow for the creation of an adequate protective layer, it is advisable to treat surfaces to quickly recreate a protective surface layer. This is known as passivation.

Before starting the passivation process, it is essential to ensure that all surfaces are free of organic deposits (oil, grease, proteins or starches) or inorganic deposits.

That’s why Atelier Bruno Fiset has a room devoted to cleaning and passivation, ensuring these deposits are not found on metal before undergoing treatment. We use biodegradable products for cleaning and passivation.

With our smart passivation tester, we provide a detailed report confirming the passive layer.
